We teach you practical inner skills that are good for you and for the world.
Our approach
We translate insights and knowledge from neuroscience, phychology, ethics, and traditional wisdom into simple, evidence-informed practices that anyone can learn and apply.
BeingIn is not a standard self-help, self-improvement or leadership program. You will not find a fixed set of skills and strategies, a one-size-fits-all model for change, or streamlined steps to a final destination. We offer a tailored experiential approach built around your specific context, obstacles, challenges, and goals.
Through this process, you will learn to develop internal resources that deepen your own sense of resilience, purpose and agency, supporting you in feeling better and achieving more—in your life, your organization, and in the wider world.

Positive psychology — the scientific study of what allows individuals and communities to flourish — provides the evidence base for BeingIn's approach to inner development. Combined with research in neuroplasticity, which shows that the brain continues to change and reorganise itself in response to deliberate practice throughout our lives, this stream grounds the work in a clear and hopeful finding: the inner skills that shape how we think, feel, and act are not fixed. They can be trained — and the science of how to do so is robust and growing.
-
Mindfulness — the deliberate, non-judgmental awareness of present-moment experience — has been the subject of rigorous clinical and applied research for over four decades, with consistent findings across domains including mental health, chronic illness, leadership, and relational wellbeing. Combined with emotional intelligence research, which demonstrates that the ability to recognise, understand, and regulate our emotions is one of the strongest predictors of professional effectiveness and life satisfaction, this stream provides the practical foundation for BeingIn's approach to inner skill development.

Through reflection tools and practices we expand our perspective beyond the boundaries of the individual self to recognize the complex, interconnected networks that shape our world. By pairing a big-picture, systemic lens with a profound inquiry into our core values and worldviews we learn to translate personal development into agency and impact for the wider community and environment.
BeingIn’s four core dimensions
As our name BeingIn suggests, we are here to teach people how awakening to different ways of being can positively change how we live, lead, and relate. Together, we explore, practice and develop inner skills, strengths and qualities within four core dimensions that represent different aspects of the human experience.
Benig In
Awareness
Learning to notice and be in reflective contact with what is actually happening inside us, including our thoughts, feelings, emotions and body. Training the ability to pause, observe, and self-regulate, and developing the capacity to monitor and understand our values, vulnerabilities and reactions.
Being In
Connection
Remaining rooted in ourselves while expanding our circle of care to world around us, reconnecting to our inherent value, worth, and dignity, and recognizing those same qualities in others. This fosters a sense of belonging, allowing us to meet people with genuine appreciation and stay open to differing perspectives while honoring our common humanity.
Being In
Presence
Cultivating the ability to meet ourselves and our experiences in an open, curious, accepting and non-judgmental way. We develop the capacity to be in the here and now while staying grounded, intentional and non-reactive. and we grow the inner strengths to face circumstances with agency, self-trust and resilience.
Being In
Service
Recognizing that how we live, choose, and act shapes the world we share, we learn to connect our deepest values to our daily actions, moving from aspiration into intentional agency. We cultivate service as the conscious practice of contributing to collective well-being and driving meaningful change from a place of personal well-being and wholeness.
